Pan fried Sole Fillet with Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
200g Sole fillet x 2pcs
Salt and pepper
1 lemon, juiced
20g organic butter, salted
5pcs potatoes
Fresh chopped parsley
1tbsp Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Season the sole fillet with salt and pepper
In a pan, heat up olive oil on medium heat
Place the sole fillets in the pan and fry gently over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Put any veggies for side dish.
