Butter Poached Lobster Tail on Cheese Cream Sauce with Spaghetti

  • 1 pack Canadian lobster tail

  • 20g of organic butter

  • 1 pack of Jamie Oliver spaghetti

  • 100g of mixed cheese

  • 250ml cooking cream

  • 10g Parmesan, grated

  • Salt to taste 



  1. Steam the lobster tail in steaming oven or boil in water for 5 minutes

  2. Drain and cool down in ice water

  3. Crack the lobsters

  4. Half the lobster tail

  5. In a pan, melt the butter and place the lobster tail inside

  6. Slightly simmer the tail in the butter for 1-2 minutes 

  7. Boil the spaghetti in salted water

  8. Drain and set aside

  9. In a pot, pour the cooking cream and bring to a simmer

  10. Add the cheese mix and stir thoroughly until smooth

  11. Add the spaghetti to the cheese sauce and mix well

  12. Place the spaghetti in a deep bowl and top of with the buttery lobster
