Take out the belly slices and leave on room temperature
Place the belly slices on to a baking tray and roast in a pre-heated 180°C oven for 1 and half hours
Remove the belly from the oven and drain the Juices into a bowl.
In a pan, heat sesame oil on high heat, pour the drained juices in the pan and let reduce.
Add the honey, lime juice fish and soy sauce and let simmer until you have a sticky glace.
Place the belly slices back in the pan and coat with the glace all over.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander.
