Tomahawk Pork Chops

  • 2 Tomahawk pork chops

  • Kosher salt to taste

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Take out the pork chops and leave at room temperature 

  2. Prepare a pan on high heat with olive oil

  3. Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in the pan

  4. Cook on each side. Continue turning chops every 3 or 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 62ºC.   Cooking time will depend on how thick the Tomahawk Chops are.
