Baked Salmon Fillet with Rosemary Thyme and Honey

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g x 2 Salmon fillet, skin on

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 Organic lemon

  • 1 sprig Thyme

  • 1 sprig Rosemary

  • 1tbsp Manuka blend honey

  • 1tsp Organic olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take out the salmon and leave ay room temperature for a while

  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper

  3. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme and mix with the honey

  4. Rub the salmon fillets with the honey herb paste

  5. Prepare an oven proof dish and place the salmon skin side down in the dish

  6. Slice the lemon in thin rings and place on the salmon

  7. Drizzle with olive oil

  8. In a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes with aluminum foil covered

  9. Serve with some boiled potatoes or rice
