1 pkt gluten free pizza base
1 glass Jamie Oliver tomato and basil sauce
1 pc organic sweet corn
1 pkt Heller’s shaved roast chicken
100g mozzarella cheese
1 tin of pineapple
15g of black olives pitted
Take out the pizza base and defrost for a while.
Open the jar of tomato sauce and spoon some on top of the pizza base.
Slice pineapple into bite-size pieces.
Boil the sweet corn until tender and remove the corns from the cob.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside.
On top of the tomato sauce add half of the mozzarella cheese and the black olives.
After that spread the corn around the pizza and add the slices of shaved chicken and the chunks of pineapple.
Add the rest of the mozzarella on top with ghost shape and put some black olives as eyes and mouths of the ghosts.
Put the pizza in a 200°C oven for around 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melting and the crust is golden.
