Baked Chicken Drumsticks

  • 800g Chicken drumsticks

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together all seasonings and spices.

  3. Wash and pat dry the drumsticks with paper towels.

  4. Place onto prepared baking sheet and rub with olive oil.

  5. Sprinkle with seasonings on all sides.

  6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until browned and meat thermometer registers 75°C or higher.
