Teriyaki Salmon

  • 200g x 4 Skinless salmon fillets

  • 250ml Japanese soy sauce

  • 10g Grated ginger

  • 20ml Mirin

  • 20g Manuka blend honey

  • 1tsp Sesame oil

  • A pinch of sesame seed


  1. In a pot, heat the soy sauce, mirin and honey

  2. Bring to a boil and add the ginger

  3. Simmer this mixture until it becomes a syrup consistency

  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets and marinate with this mix, set aside for a while

  5. Prepare an oven proof dish and place the salmon inside

  6. Bake in a preheated 150°C oven for 20 minutes
