Grilled Swordfish with Olive and Tomato Salsa

  • 200g Swordfish x 4pcs

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1tsp Olive oil, extra virgin

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 box Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jar Olives, halved

  • 1 sprig coriander, finely chopped



  1. For the salsa combine tomatoes, onions, olives and coriander in a bowl

  2. Add half of the lemon Juice and some olive oil. Mix thoroughly

  3. Season the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan on high heat

  5. Fry the fish in the pan for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally

  6. Set aside and let it rest for a couple of minutes

  7. Serves the fish on a platter and spoon over the salsa
