Fish Skewer

  • 500g Swordfish, tuna or salmon

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1tsp Pink peppercorns crushed

  • 1tsp Salt

  • 1 Yellow bell pepper

  • 10 Cherry tomatoes, whole

  • Skewers




  1. Cut the fish into 2 inch cubes

  2. Season with lime juice, salt and peppercorns

  3. Cut the yellow bell pepper into bite sized pieces

  4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and leave whole

  5. Water your skewers to prevent them from burning

  6. Now start the skewer with 1 piece of bell pepper, followed by a cherry tomato and a piece of fish

  7. Continue until skewer is full

  8. Place on a hot BBQ for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally

  9. Serve on a plate
