Stuffed Iberico Pork Steak

  • 2x300g Iberico pata negra pork loin chops

  • 1pack Italian prosciutto

  • 1pc Baron bigod cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • 10ml Organic avocado oil

  1. Take out the pork chops and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes

  2. Cut a pocket on the side of the pork chop

  3. Put the ham and sliced cheese into the pocket (make sure it is properly stuffed)

  4. Seal the edges and tight them up with a tooth pick

  5. Prepare a pan on high heat with olive oil

  6. Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in the pan for 2 minutes each side until nice color

  7. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C

  8. Place the chops on a baking tray and roast in the oven for around 8 to 10 minutes

  9. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes
