BBQ Pork Ribs

  • 800g Baby back ribs2x300g Iberico pata negra pork loin chops

  • 1tbsp galic powder

  • 2tbsp salt

  • 1tsp ground black pepper

  • 1cup barbeque sauce

  1. Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover.

  2. Season with garlic powder, black pepper and salt.

  3. Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs until tender.

  4. Preheat oven to 165°C.

  5. Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a baking tray.

  6. Pour barbeque sauce over ribs.

  7. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in oven for 60-90mins.
