Wagyu Ribeye Steak with Chimichurri

300g Aus Wagyu ribeye steak
2tbsp rice bran oil
Sea salt to taste
¼cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley - finely chopped
¼cup Fresh coriander - finely chopped
¼cup Fresh oregano - finely chopped
1clove Garlic - finely chopped
⅓cup Olive oil
½tsp Sweet paprika
½tsp Ground cumin
1tbsp Lemon juice
½tsp Finely chopped dried chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Take out the Steak and let it sit on room temperature for at least 1 hour
Season generously on both sides with salt and brush with oil.
Heat a pan until hot.
Cook steak for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side or until gold brown, turning only once.
In the mean time, you can prepare the chimichurri: mix all ingredients together then season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Remove the steak from pan just before desired doneness is reached.
Allow meat to rest in a warm place for 4 -5 minutes before serving with chimichurri.
