Salmon with Honey Soy Marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g x 2 Salmon fillet, skin on

For the marinade:

  • 200ml Light soy sauce

  • 1tsp Honey

  • 10g Sesame seed

  • 1tsp Sesame oil

  • 10g Grated ginger

  • 1tsp Lime juice

  • Chopped coriander

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and place the salmon inside

  2. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight

  3. Prepare an oven proof dish and place the salmon skin side up

  4. In a preheated 180°C oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes

  5. Serve with noodle or rice
