Quiche Stuffed with Salmon Fillet

  • 500g Diced skinless salmon fillet

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1tsp Olive oil

  • 200g Puff pastry

  • 150g Sour cream

  • 50g Grated emmentaler cheese

  • 1/2 Bunch of leek

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

  • Fresh chopped parsley


  1. Mix the salmon cubes with the olive oil, salt and pepper, set aside

  2. Roll out your pastry to a pizza shape and crimp up the edges

  3. Slice your leek into thin strips

  4. Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and half of the grated cheese

  5. Smear the sour cream mixture on your pizza shaped pastry

  6. Add the salmon cubes

  7. Top up with the leek and the other half of the cheese

  8. Put it in a preheated 200°C oven, bake for 30 minutes until golden brown

  9. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve
