Homemade Salami Pizza

  • 1 pack Venerdi pizza base

  • 300g Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 pack Heller’s sliced salami

  • 1 jar Jamie Oliver tomato & basil sauce


  1. Place the pizza base on a baking tray

  2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes

  3. Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza base, leave the outside edges clean

  4. Scatter half of the mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce

  5. Add the sliced salami rounds nicely on top

  6. Top up with more mozzarella

  7. In a pre-heated 200°C oven bake for around 15 minutes

  8. Cut into slices and serve


Many different toppings can be used from ham to bacon to veggies and even fruits. You can also make dessert pizza which use chocolate sauce instead of tomato sauce with marshmallows and fruits to top it up. The base can be baked from frozen directly (no need to be defrosted).
